Busser / Server Assistant 

At Quello, our Server Assistants play an essential role in creating a seamless, polished, and memorable dining experience. Whether delivering a beautifully prepared dish, anticipating a guest's needs, or maintaining the dining room, every detail contributes to the rhythm of service that defines Quello.

Dining Room & Table Maintenance

• Maintain clean, beautifully presented dining tables throughout service.

• Clear, crumb, reset, and prepare tables efficiently according to Quello's service standards.

• Ensure tables are properly set with clean silverware, glassware, linens, and appropriate service items.

• Remove used plates, glassware, and other items discreetly and at the appropriate time.

• Assist with maintaining a polished and welcoming dining room environment.

Service Support & Teamwork

• Maintain clear communication between the kitchen, servers, managers, and support team.

• Support servers by anticipating their needs and assisting with the progression of service.

• Assist with food running, clearing, resetting, and other service responsibilities as directed.

• Maintain organized, clean, and fully stocked runner and side stations.

• Polish and restock silverware, glassware, and service equipment before, during, and after service.

• Complete assigned opening, running, and closing side work.

• Maintain cleanliness throughout the dining room, service stations, and guest-facing areas.

• Assist with trash removal, restocking, and overall restaurant organization as needed.

• Step in to support fellow team members whenever possible, recognizing that every guest is everyone's responsibility.

Compensation: Hourly ($8.23) plus tips
