Forklift Driver
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Location: San Marcos, TX 78725
Schedule: Day Shift (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM)Night Shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) Monday-Thursday. Friday, Saturday and Sunday may be required depending on production needs.

About the Role
ShareSTAFF is hiring Forklift Drivers for contract assignments at a Warehouse in San Marcos, TX. This position will involve operating a forklift, moving and staging materials, assisting with inventory, loading and unloading shipments, and completing basic data entry. The ideal candidate is safety-minded, dependable, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and willing to assist with different warehouse tasks as business needs change.
What You'll Do
- Safely operate a forklift to move, load, unload, and stage materials and products
- Assist with receiving and shipping activities
- Perform inventory counts, verify quantities, and help maintain accurate inventory records
- Stage materials and products for production, shipment, or storage
- Load and unload trucks using proper safety procedures
- Complete basic data entry related to inventory, shipments, and warehouse activities
- Use basic Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook
- Maintain an organized and clean work area
- Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Assist with general warehouse duties and other tasks as assigned
What You Bring - Required
- Forklift Certification
- Minimum 2 years of recent/current forklift operating experience
- Ability to safely operate a forklift in a warehouse environment. Basic computer and data-entry skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or material-handling experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Flexibility is a must — must be willing to perform different warehouse duties and assist wherever needed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What You Bring - Preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Some Technical training in manufacturing or quality systems preferred
