- Variable 10-hour shifts -- 6a-4p, 8a-6p, 12p-10p, 3p-1a, 9p-6a
- 3 weeks per month -- 11 or 15 shifts depending on month length
- 23 patients per shift
- Community ED -- newborn deliveries, stroke activations, and trauma
- Level 3 trauma center experience required
- Experience with stroke activations and cardiac cath lab coordination
- Physician coverage ranges from single to triple coverage daily
- ABEM board certification only
