Install solar PV systems on residential roofs
Perform solar panel removal and reinstall for roof replacements
Assist with mounting systems, wiring, and equipment installation
Follow safety procedures while working at heights
Work as part of a team to complete installations efficiently and professionally
Mon-Fri anywhere from 5-10 hours a day
Meet at jobsites everyday
Must be able to drive to and from jobsites
