The ideal candidate will provide expert advice on Disney parks, resorts, dining options, and experiences, ensuring a magical and memorable trip for families and individuals. Responsibilities include:
- Engaging with clients to understand their preferences, budget, and travel needs.
- Creating customized itineraries that include park reservations, hotel accommodations, dining reservations, and special experiences.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest Disney promotions, policies, and offerings to provide accurate information.
- Offering guidance on travel logistics, including transportation options and park navigation.
- Assisting clients with booking processes and ensuring all details are confirmed and organized.
- Providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the planning process and during the trip.
- Handling any changes or issues that may arise before or during the vacation.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance knowledge of Disney products and services.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a genuine enthusiasm for Disney experiences. Prior experience in travel planning or customer service is preferred.
