We’re looking for an Electric Wiring Technician with a strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail to assemble and wire electrical control panels while working from schematics and project plans.

Responsibilities:
- Assemble electrical control panels according to project plans, layouts, and specifications
- Arrange, install, fasten, and label electrical components and door devices
- Wire control panels according to electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Work with the Production Supervisor to clarify project requirements and resolve issues
- Assist with final testing, packaging, shipping, and other production needs as required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while meeting production deadlines and quality standards
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and communicate recommendations to leadership
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in electrical manufacturing required
- Experience with electrical assembly and/or wiring preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Ability to work effectively and respectfully with team members and supervisors
- Moderate to advanced computer skills and/or control manufacturer training is a plus
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- 7:30 AM – 4 PM
Pay Rate:
- Entry Level - No Experience - $17/hr
- Experienced - DOE - $18-$25 /hr
- Health, Dental, & 401k
