Otolaryngology | Build the ENT Service Line | California
Be the First ENT in the Community
A growing medical group in California's Central Valley is seeking an Otolaryngologist to launch and build a brand-new ENT service line in a community that currently has no local ENT.
With an established referral pipeline and immediate patient demand, you'll have the opportunity to build a busy practice, develop your surgical volume, and become the community's go-to ENT.
Highlights
● 500,000 - 525,000+ Base Salary (negotiable based on experience) ● 40,000 Signing Bonus
● 20,000 Relocation Assistance
● Build and shape the ENT service line from the ground up
● No local ENT within the same healthcare system
● Immediate patient volume and established referral base
● Call coverage included (flexibility to choose your week)
● 3-5 clinic days + 2 dedicated OR days weekly
● 15-20 patients per day
● Dedicated clinical and referral support
● Surgical coverage at two local hospitals
● Six weeks PTO + 401(k)
