All American Landscape Design Inc. is growing fast—and we’re looking for a passionate, driven Landscape Designer to join our team!

Do you love turning outdoor spaces into stunning, functional environments? Are you energized by meeting clients, creating designs, and seeing your vision come to life from concept to completion? If so, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Work with clients to design their dream outdoor living spaces
• Create design concepts, quotes, and proposals
• Manage projects from design through installation
• Build strong, lasting client relationships
• Collaborate with vendors, subcontractors, and team members
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Horticulture or Landscape Design (preferred)
• Strong design, sales, and customer service skills
• Excellent communication and organization
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• A motivated self-starter with a passion for quality work

Job Description: Includes but not limited to installation of retaining walls, paver patios, water features, landscape beds, plants, and more.
