What You'll Do
As a Lawn Maintenance Crew Member, you'll work with a team to maintain high-end landscapes by performing:
- Commercial and residential lawn mowing
- String trimming and edging
- Blowing off driveways, sidewalks, patios, and parking lots
- Bed maintenance and light weeding
- Shrub trimming and seasonal pruning
- Spring and fall cleanups
- Mulching and property detailing
- Safe operation of commercial landscaping equipment
- Daily equipment cleaning and maintenance
- Following company quality standards and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Landscaping or lawn maintenance experience preferred (training available for motivated candidates)
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Reliable transportation to our shop each morning
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team
- Valid driver's license is a plus
- Experience operating commercial mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hedge trimmers is preferred
