Boni and Mott, a Mediterranean restaurant in the heart of Nolita, is looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team.
We are looking for someone passionate about cooking, reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of restaurant kitchen experience
Must be available on weekends, including Sundays
Availability for weekday dinner and weekend brunch shifts
Strong cooking skills and attention to detail
Ability to maintain a clean and organized workstation
Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
