Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to join our commercial electrical construction team. This position primarily involves digging trenches, moving materials, and supporting various job site operations. The ideal candidate is reliable, physically capable, safety-conscious, and willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Responsibilities
- Dig trenches for underground electrical installations
- Load, unload, and move materials and equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Operate hand tools and basic construction equipment
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Perform other labor-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Construction or utility experience preferred but not required
