Construction Laborer – Foundation Repair

About the position
Foundation Repair Services, LLC. has served residential, commercial, and builder clients since 2004. Our specialty construction projects include foundation and concrete repairs, retaining walls, waterproofing, stabilization of structures, new construction, and slopes.
We are hiring 2 dependable Construction Laborers to join our Charlotte crew. This is hands-on work for someone who takes pride in doing a job well, follows safety practices, and enjoys working as part of a team. Experience is preferred but not required; motivated candidates willing to learn are encouraged to apply.
What you’ll do
- Assist with foundation repair, concrete repair, retaining walls, waterproofing and stabilization projects.
- Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Perform general labor activities such as digging, lifting, site preparation, and cleanup.
- Work safely around construction equipment and moving machinery.
- Follow directions from supervisors and crew leaders, including all safety procedures.
- Work with crew members to complete projects efficiently and maintain orderly job sites.
Qualifications and requirements
- Previous construction, concrete finishing, or foundation repair experience preferred, but not required.
- Dependable, safety-conscious, willing to learn, and able to work well with a team.
- Able to perform physically demanding work, including handling materials and supplies weighing up to approximately 60 lbs.
- Comfortable working on ladders, in crawlspaces and confined spaces, and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Valid North Carolina or South Carolina driver’s license required; CDL preferred but not required.
- Must meet company requirements for a background check and motor vehicle record review.
- Available for overtime and occasional overnight travel.
Schedule and travel
Employees report to the Charlotte office at 2702 Spartanburg, East Flat Rock, NC and ride together in a company vehicle to assigned job sites. Job locations may change daily. Overtime and some overnight travel are required.
