We are seeking a skilled and dependable Welder / Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating and welding metal components to produce high-quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate metal parts and assemblies according to specifications and production requirements.
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of metals.
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions
- Maintain production standards while meeting quality expectations.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience with sheet metal fabrication and welding preferred.
- MIG and TIG welding experience strongly preferred.
- Experience operating metal fabrication and welding equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and technical drawings.
Requirements
- Experience with sheet metal fabrication and welding (preferred)
- MIG and TIG welding experience strongly preferred
- Ability to weld various metals in multiple positions
- Attention to detail, quality, and safety standards
- Must be willing to complete a weld test
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Ability to set up and operate metalworking equipment
