Job Summary
Complete Quality is seeking dedicated Sit-Down Clamp Operators to provide contract-based warehouse support services. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity the ideal candidate will possess strong warehouse experience, mechanical knowledge, and proficiency in operating heavy equipment such as clamp trucks, forklifts, and cranes. Your primary responsibility will be to safely operate sit-down clamp trucks to load, unload, and transport materials while maintaining compliance with safety standards and warehouse procedures. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment that values precision, safety, and teamwork.
Shift:
Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Compensation: Approx. $19 hourly | Paid weekly via 1099
What you’ll do on a typical day:
· Maneuver powered industrial forklifts and order selectors to propel, draw, elevate, arrange, or relocate merchandise, apparatus, and supplies
· Utilize a portable scanning device with precision
· Facilitate the loading and unloading of transport vehicles as required
· Comply with the 7S methodology and ensure a tidy workspace consistently
· Exhibit dedication to operational superiority
· Handle inbound, outbound, and order picking/staging processes
What you need to succeed:
Minimum qualifications include:
· Certification and training in the safe use of powered industrial lift trucks
· Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as necessary
Preferred qualifications include:
· High school diploma or GED
· At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse setting
· A positive mindset and ability to collaborate effectively within a team
· Strong communication abilities
· Must clear background and E-Verify
· Steel toed shoes and safety vest required.
