A qualified lead host /maître d' candidate will possess a minimum of 1-2 years of hosting experience in an upscale casual atmosphere. Experience with OpenTable is required along with excellent multitasking skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and a genuine smile amidst the hustle and bustle of a busy restaurant are required. Being Guest first, quick thinking, and having grace under pressure are qualities we hold in very high regard. Candidates for this position will possess humility, integrity, and respect.
A flexible schedule is preferred, as both lunch and dinner hours will be required. Most of all, we are looking for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and relationship building. If you’re a host that a Guest can’t help but smile at, then you’re exactly what we’re looking for.
