About this position
We are seeking a Travel Experience Specialist to assist clients with planning and coordinating enjoyable, well organized travel experiences. This role combines customer service, travel research, organization, and attention to detail.
The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, learning about destinations, and finding travel options that fit different preferences and needs.
Responsibilities
Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences and expectations
Research destinations, accommodations, activities, transportation, and experiences
Assist with creating personalized travel plans and itinerary details
Coordinate reservations and travel arrangements
Provide clients with updates and important trip information
Assist with itinerary changes, special requests, and travel adjustments
Maintain accurate client and reservation information
Communicate with travel partners and service providers as needed
Help ensure each client receives a professional and organized experience
Stay informed about destinations, travel services, and industry trends
Requirements
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable researching and comparing travel options
Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Professional, dependable, and responsive
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Able to learn new online tools and systems
Previous travel or customer service experience is helpful but not required
