As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Service Plumber who is confident troubleshooting and completing plumbing service and repair work in apartment communities, HOAs, multifamily properties, commercial buildings, and property-management accounts.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced plumber who enjoys service work, solving problems in the field, and working independently while being supported by an established plumbing organization.

As a Service Plumber, you will diagnose, repair, maintain, and install a variety of plumbing systems while providing professional service to our customers and property-management partners.

Responsibilities include:

• Diagnose and repair plumbing problems in multifamily, HOA, apartment, and commercial properties

• Perform drain cleaning and stoppage removal using appropriate drain equipment

• Troubleshoot and repair water, sewer, waste, and drainage systems

• Perform hydro jetting and sewer/drain cleaning when required

• Conduct sewer camera inspections and assist with locating plumbing issues

• Repair and replace toilets, faucets, shower valves, fixtures, disposals, and other plumbing components

• Diagnose and repair leaks, including water-line and slab-leak related issues

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair traditional and tankless water heaters

• Troubleshoot and service recirculation pumps, sump pumps, sewage ejector pumps, and other plumbing pump systems

• Repair and install piping including copper, PEX, PVC, ABS, cast iron, and other common plumbing materials

• Perform soldering, piping repairs, and repipes when necessary

• Accurately diagnose plumbing problems and communicate recommended repairs

• Maintain company tools, equipment, and service vehicle

We are looking for an experienced service plumber — not simply an installer or new-construction plumber.

The ideal candidate can receive a service call, troubleshoot the problem, determine the appropriate solution, and complete the repair with minimal supervision.

• 3+ years of plumbing service and repair experience

• Experience working in multifamily, apartment, HOA, property-management, commercial, or residential service environments

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Strong drain-cleaning experience

• Hydro jetting experience preferred

• Sewer camera and locating experience preferred

• Experience servicing tank and tankless water heaters

• Knowledge of copper, PEX, PVC, ABS, cast iron, and other common piping systems

• Experience with recirculation pumps, sump pumps, and sewage ejector pumps is a plus

• Ability to diagnose leaks, pressure issues, stoppages, water-heater problems, and other plumbing issues

• Ability to work independently in the field

• Professional communication and customer-service skills

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

• Competitive pay of $32.00–$38.00+ per hour
