We are seeking a skilled Commercial/Industrial Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial/industrial painting, specifically in healthcare settings, and a strong understanding of various painting techniques and materials. This role involves preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring high-quality finishes on a variety of industrial products. Attention to detail and a commitment to safety are essential in this position.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary.
- Operate airless paint spraying equipment and other tools to apply paint efficiently.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate application of paint thickness.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Handle materials safely and efficiently, including the use of forklifts and cranes when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while maintaining quality standards.
- Perform basic maintenance on painting equipment as needed.
Other Task: - looking for someone who is well rounded in the construction field that is willing to jump in and help out in other departments of the company. Carpentry, drywall, installing wall protection.
