Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Title: Pipe Welder 1st ClassPay: $38.00$1,000 sign-on bonusQualifications:
- 3 - 5 years of experience as a Pipe Welder 1st Class in a shipyard
- Read and interpret basic drawings and weld symbols.
- Pass weld test procedures in the 6GR position
- Pass TIG weld test procedure
- Must have full set of personal tools
- Always be ready to start shift on time
- Ability to successfully complete onboarding procedures in preparation to pass 6GR weld qualification test requirements for copper nickel, carbon steel and stainless steel
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, and measure using the metric system
