About this position
We are looking for individuals with strong customer service and communication skills who are detail-oriented and enjoy helping clients plan and book vacations, cruises, hotels, Airbnbs, resorts, car rentals, theme park tickets, and a variety of other travel experiences. No previous travel industry experience is required!
Responsibilities
- Help clients arrange vacations, cruises, hotel stays, resorts, tours, and other travel experiences
- Explore travel options that align with clients' preferences, needs, and budgets
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the planning and booking process
- Keep up with supplier promotions, travel deals, and special offers
- Keep client information and reservation records accurate and organized
- Develop long-term client relationships by providing personalized service and support
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Comfortable working with computers, smartphones, and online platforms
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule
- Professional attitude with a desire to learn and grow
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
