Gutter Installation Technician
Guardian Seamless Gutters & Carpentry — Eden, NY
$18–$35/hour | Full-Time | No Gutter Experience Necessary

Guardian Seamless Gutters is looking for hardworking, dependable people to join our installation team.
No gutter experience? That's okay. We would rather train the right person our way.
We're looking for people who show up, work hard, enjoy working with a team, and want the opportunity to learn a skilled trade and advance.
YOUR OPPORTUNITY TO GROW
GROW — Installation Technician | $18–$25/hour
Learn the trade. Work alongside experienced installers. Build your skills.
LEAD — Crew / Team Lead | $25–$30/hour
Develop your installation and leadership skills. Lead jobs and help develop your crew.
SUCCEED — Production / Leadership | $30–$35/hour
Take on greater responsibility, lead people and help drive production.
Your experience, skills, performance and ability to lead determine how far you can go.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Install seamless gutters and downspouts
- Work from ladders and around residential homes
- Learn proper installation techniques
- Work as part of an energetic installation team
- Maintain a clean and professional jobsite
- Provide our customers with quality workmanship
