- Title: CVOR Registered Nurse
- Location: Webster, TX
- Schedule: Full-Time | Days | No Regular Weekends
- Shifts: 10-hour shifts, 4 days/week OR 12-hour shifts, 3 days/week
- Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- On-Call: 1 weekend/month + 3–4 weekdays/month
- Pay: $42.00 - $65.00/hour (Based on experience) + Benefits
- On-Call Pay: $5.00/hour
- Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case
- Sign-On Bonus: Case-by-case
-> Key Responsibilities
- Maintain strict aseptic technique and sterile field during cardiovascular procedures.
- Prepare patients and surgical sites according to the procedure being performed.
- Assess patients prior to surgery and ensure appropriate preparation for the procedure.
- Participate in surgical time-outs with the entire perioperative team.
- Provide high-quality nursing care throughout the perioperative process.
- Demonstrate teamwork, adaptability, and professionalism.
- Serve as a clinical resource to the Surgical Services team.
- Promote a positive image of nursing and support patient-centered care.
-> Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
- BSN preferred.
- Current Texas RN license or Multi-State Compact RN license.
- Compact license holders must obtain a Texas RN license within 90 days of hire.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in a Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) required.
- CNOR certification preferred.
- Must reside within a 30-minute commute of the facility.
