Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop

- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
Vacancy description
Haul flatbed freight across the U.S. from Shreveport, LA in a CDL A solo role.
Key Duties:
- Handle modern sleeper-cab trucks equipped with APUs and inverters
- Secure, tarp, and deliver freight on schedule
- Keep thorough logbooks and adhere to safety standards
Driver Benefits:
- $0.70/mile base pay + $0.10 CPM bonus for safety/productivity
