RISE Pediatric Therapy- Reaching Individuals Socially and Emotionally | Naples, Florida | In-Person


Are you an OT or COTA who truly loves working with children and is looking for a place where you can grow as a pediatric therapist?


RISE is a neurodiversity-affirming, relationship-based pediatric looking for the right therapist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for an OT or COTA who wants hands-on mentorship, continued professional development, and the opportunity to develop specialized skills in pediatric practice.

For the right therapist, we are excited to provide support toward DIRFloortime® certification, paid continuing education, and ongoing clinical mentorship. Therapists interested in pediatric feeding therapy will also have opportunities to expand their knowledge and skills through mentorship and potential support for specialized training and certification.


Position & Schedule

  • In-person position in Naples, Florida
  • Part-time to start, with the opportunity to build your caseload toward full-time hours, if desired
  • Our greatest current need is 2:00–6:00 PM
  • PRN therapists seeking additional hours are also encouraged to apply
  • Optional hours are available every other Saturday from 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
  • Saturday availability is not required

Pediatric experience is welcomed, but we also value therapists who are motivated to learn and excited about developing their pediatric skills.


Required Qualifications

This position is open only to Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs/COTAs) who are licensed or eligible for licensure in Florida.


This is an in-person clinical position in Naples, Florida. Remote or telehealth positions are not available.
