Full time and part time positions available at our kitchen on Lawrence Avenue, between Pulaski and Kostner, in Chicago.

Pay: Starting at $20 per hour, with higher starting pay based on experience.
Perks: Employee meals provided.

Responsibilities include trimming chicken and beef, handling meat safely, and keeping your workstation clean and organized.

No prior butcher experience required. We can train, but you must be comfortable safely using a knife to trim meat. We’re looking for someone dependable, attentive to detail, and ready to work as part of a team.
