Compensation Overview
- 350K Potential
- Base salary plus bonus.
- Benefits include Health, Dental, Vision insurance, 401K. Malpractice liability, annual association dues, and license fees.
- Signing bonus including relocation assistance of $10,000.
- PTO of 16 days.
- 7 national holidays off.
