The Tavern Group is seeking a motivated Line Cook to join our Camac Street Campus and chef-led kitchens in the heart of Philadelphia's historic Gayborhood. We’re looking for culinary professionals who have a strong foundation, take pride in their work, and are ready to continue developing their skills in a focused, fast-paced environment.

This is an ideal opportunity for a cook who is serious about their craft and looking to grow — someone who enjoys working with good food, wants to learn from experienced chefs and cooks, and is excited to build their skills in a professional kitchen.

• Works cleanly, efficiently, and with urgency during service
• Reliable, organized, and willing to take initiative
• Developing strong knife skills and fundamental cooking techniques
• Familiar with basic culinary terminology and eager to continue learning
• Takes ownership of mise en place, prep, and station execution
• Understands and follows food safety and sanitation protocols
• Able to follow recipes and direction with accuracy while maintaining consistency and quality
• Communicates clearly and works well with fellow cooks, chefs, and leadership
• Eager to learn, improve, and take on more responsibility as your skills develop
