We're a family-run residential HVAC company based in Aurora, serving Oswego, Plainfield, Yorkville, and the surrounding Fox Valley area. We were recently rated the best HVAC company in the area, and we're growing fast. That means we need installers now, and we pay for good ones.
What You'll Get:
- $30-$40/hr depending on experience
- Commissions and spiffs on top of hourly (varies by job, paid consistently)
- Overtime at time and a half, including evenings and weekends in busy season
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- 401(k) with up to 4% match
- 2 weeks PTO
- Monday through Friday, 8 to 4
- Company vehicle, iPhone, uniforms, and major tools provided
- Company-paid training and help with certifications and licensure
What You'll Be Doing:
- Installing residential furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, and ductless systems
- Sheet metal work and duct modifications
- Some variety: boilers, water heaters, and IAQ equipment
- Leaving every home cleaner than you found it
Who We're Looking For:
You take pride in your work. You show up on time. You treat a customer's home like your own. This is a grind-it-out, do-it-right crew, and we protect that culture.
Beyond that:
- 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience (this one's firm)
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- EPA 608 certification preferred (we'll help you get it if you're close)
- Able to lift equipment and work in attics, crawl spaces, and basements
