HVAC Service / Sales Technician
Lifeline Plumbing, Heating, Cooling | East Dundee, IL (Western Suburbs of Chicago)
Earning potential of $75,000 - $175,000 per year
Lifeline Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant-related issues
- Perform maintenance and system inspections
- Clearly explain findings and recommendations to homeowners
- Provide customers with repair and replacement options when appropriate
- Assist customers with selecting the right equipment when a new system is needed
- Complete accurate estimates and job documentation
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance and vehicle
- Deliver an excellent customer experience on every call
- Follow company procedures for service, installation, and customer communication
- Work closely with the office and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- EPA certification
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your time
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team
- Comfortable discussing equipment replacement when it is the appropriate solution
