Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, masking, and repairing imperfections.
- Mix paints, primers, coatings, and solvents according to specifications.
- Apply coatings using brushes, rollers, spray guns, and other application equipment.
- Inspect finished work for coverage, color consistency, adhesion, and defects.
- Operate and maintain painting equipment and tools.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and properly use personal protective equipment.
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and safely handle painting materials.
