Multiple manufacturing and industrial facilities in Central Texas are hiring experienced welders for positions ranging from general metal fabrication to advanced precision welding.
Whether your background is in TIG/GTAW welding, MIG/GMAW welding, stainless steel, structural steel, aerospace components, or custom fabrication, we want to hear from you!
Available Shifts
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
- 1st Shift: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM–12:00 AM
- Training: Some positions require training on 1st shift before transitioning to 2nd shift.
- Overtime: Available depending on production needs.
Schedules vary by position.
What You'll Do
- Perform TIG (GTAW) and/or MIG (GMAW) welding on stainless steel, carbon steel, tubing, and fabricated components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, weld symbols, and specifications.
- Cut, measure, fit, align, tack weld, and assemble metal components.
- Perform precision welding on tubing, structural assemblies, and specialized equipment.
- Fabricate and repair metal parts using welding tools and equipment.
- Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and structural integrity.
- Use measuring tools to ensure proper fit and tolerances.
- Follow welding procedures, safety standards, and production requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Previous TIG and/or MIG welding experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial environments.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand welding symbols.
- Experience with stainless steel, carbon steel, structural welding, or precision fabrication.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Experience with fit-up, tack welding, and metal fabrication.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- AWS D1.1 certification required for select structural welding positions.
- Aerospace or high-precision welding experience is a plus for advanced positions.
- Willingness to complete a hands-on welding test.
- Ability to provide required PPE, including welding hood, gloves, and steel-toe
