Highly-respected regional CPA firm seeks a Tax Manager for its flourishing tax practice in Northern Virginia. Compensation includes an attractive salary and bonus potential, and benefits are comprehensive. Hours are very reasonable; even during tax season, billable hours are just 50-55 hours a week. Responsibilities Review individual, corporate, partnership, estate, and trust returns Supervise staff and manage engagements Work closely with clients, focusing on relationship management and service delivery Research complex tax matters Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field CPA license 5+ years of tax experience in public accounting Proven supervisory experience Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 5 - 10 years Salary: $150,000 Annual Bonus/Commission: Yes
