Server — Pupatella
Pupatella brings authentic Neapolitan pizza — the same way it's been made in Naples for generations — to neighborhoods across the DC area. We're VPN-certified, import our San Marzano tomatoes, and hand-tear our mozzarella fresh every day. No shortcuts, just real Italian tradition served with modern, easygoing hospitality.
We're looking for a Server who loves great food, genuinely enjoys people, and wants to be part of a team that feels more like family than just a shift.
What You'll Do- Deliver warm, attentive hospitality that turns a meal into a memorable experience
- Guide guests through our menu with knowledgeable, enthusiastic recommendations
- Coordinate smoothly with the kitchen and bar to keep service timely and seamless
- Keep your section organized and jump in to support your team when it's busy
- Uphold Pupatella's standards for quality, cleanliness, and guest experience
- Prior serving experience preferred, but not required — we'll train the right person
- Strong communicator who works well as part of a team
- Stays composed and upbeat during high-volume rushes
- Curious about food, wine, and Italian culinary tradition
- A genuine passion for hospitality and making people feel welcome
