About this position
Seeking an ideal candidate who has at least 3 years of experience as a sous chef or chef de cuisine in high-end cuisine. Experience in butchery, bread, and pastry, cooking from scratch is preferred. This is a hands-on position and will require working on the line, so cooking skills, as well as teaching skills, must be strong. We are a small team so being a team player is paramount. We are currently serving dinner only five nights a week and look forward to meeting you!
