We are seeking an Insurance professional to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information, quoting and selling in house leads and working as a self starter in a fun team environment. Willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and service
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Quoting and selling in house warm leads - no prospecting
- Be a self starter, great attitude and a team player
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in personal lines insurance customer service and sales
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Organized
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Compensation

Preferred Skills
- Personal or Commercial Lines Insurance Brokerage experience (preferred but not necessary)
- Experience with Insurance management software Hawksoft and Ezlynx (not necessary)
- P&C Insurance License
