About this position
Bon Dèlire - French Bar/Restaurant in the Embarcadero/ Financial District is currently looking for an exceptional Sous-Chef with French cuisine experience. Hourly or Salary Compensation is negotiable, depending on work experience.
The Sous Chef will have the chance to assist in leading the culinary program, and the opportunity to bring creativity, leadership, and a personal touch to the entire operation. The position will include line shifts, expediting, kitchen management, food cost control, safety and sanitation. Your hard work will be complimented by an experienced and dedicated front-of-house service team, and a highly supportive and committed owner.

The ideal candidate:
- Possesses comprehension of French cuisine
- is professional, friendly and positive
- able to work clean and organized
- Is a good communicator / basic Spanish is helpful but not necessary
- Is organized and a team player
- Desires and demonstrates ability to learn
- Has experience working in a French restaurant
- has Food Handlers certificate and a has a strong knowledge of health department practices
