What You'll Do Deliver high-quality, patient-centered orthodontic care, diagnosing and treating conditions using traditional braces, clear aligners, and other orthodontic appliances Create customized treatment plans focused on exceptional outcomes and educate patients and families throughout treatment Collaborate with a highly trained orthodontic support team, including 5 DAs, a treatment coordinator, and an office manager Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation

Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Certificate from an accredited orthodontic residency program Partnership and ownership Licensed or eligible for licensure in North Dakota Strong communication and interpersonal skills Growth-minded and patient-focused approach New graduates welcome to apply
Compensation
Annual earnings potential: $300k+
