Pay: $20 - $30
Schedule: Monday through Saturday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Professional ExperienceEssential Duties & Responsibilities- Set up and operate MIG welding equipment safely and efficiently.
- Read and interpret route sheets to verify counts and document completed operations.
- Notify supervisors of faulty equipment, defects, or operational issues.
- Complete first-piece, last-piece, and every 20th-piece quality inspections.
- Accurately complete and attach green tags for every work order.
- Perform hourly weld tests to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Stand, walk, crouch, and use hands to handle tools, materials, and controls throughout the shift.
- Previous MIG welding experience required.
- Ability to successfully pass a weld test.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Dependable attendance and reliable work performance.
