Job Description
We are seeking an HVAC Service and Installation Tech to diagnose, install, maintain, and repair mixed residential and commercial HVAC equipment. This role services residential split systems, commercial rooftop units, heat pumps, and mini-splits; provides sales and service recommendations during customer visits; reports to an Operations Manager; and offers advancement opportunities toward a Senior Technician position.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose residential and commercial HVAC system issues.
- Install split systems, rooftop units, heat pumps, and mini-splits.
- Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment.
- Repair HVAC equipment and restore system performance.
- Conduct electrical testing as needed.
- Provide customers with sales and service recommendations.
- Report service activities and equipment needs to the Operations Manager.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in HVAC service and installation.
