Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Consultant. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for showing and leasing apartment homes to potential residents, ensuring lease agreements are properly executed and assisting with lease administration. Day-to-day tasks include managing resident retention initiatives, providing outstanding customer service to current and future residents, and maintaining open and effective communication with residents and the property management team.
Qualifications
Experience with leases and lease administration
Strong communication skills
Customer service and resident retention skills
Ability to work on-site in Brighton, NY
High level of professionalism and organizational skills
Relevant experience in property management or leasing is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
