We are looking for passionate, hardworking Back of House team members to join our growing kitchen team. We're a high-energy BBQ and American food concept built around great food, hospitality, live entertainment, and a commitment to quality.

Whether you're an experienced line cook or a prep cook looking to grow your skills, we want team players who take pride in their work and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Prepare and execute menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Assist with daily food prep and station setup
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines
• Work efficiently during high-volume service periods
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and management teams
• Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive kitchen culture
• Properly store, label, and rotate food products

• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
