What You'll Do
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
Perform preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC/R systems.
Respond to emergency service calls and complete repairs efficiently.
Accurately document service work using company technology.
Participate in company-paid training and continuing education opportunities.
Participate in the on-call rotation.
Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining MJ Mac Inc.'s professional standards.

What We're Looking For
1–5 years of HVAC/R experience preferred.
Residential HVAC technicians looking to transition into commercial work are encouraged to apply.
EPA Certification is required
NATE Certification is a PLUS!
Strong troubleshooting and electrical knowledge.
Experience using mobile technology and service software (ServiceTitan experience is a plus but not required).
Strong documentation and computer skills.
Ability to operate power tools safely.
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
Dependable team player who works well with supervisors and coworkers.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Must pass a background check.
Willingness to travel throughout our approximately two-hour service area.
