We are seeking skilled Welders and Fitters to join our clients’ teams in the Richmond and Ashland areas.
Openings are available on all shifts, with competitive pay ranging from $25–$32 per hour depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints for fabrication and fitting projects
- Work with steel I‐beams and other structural materials
- Perform welding and fitting of carbon steel
- Utilize Flux Core or Dual Shield welding processes
- Contribute to structural welding projects or apply welding education skills
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of welding experience (required)
- Welding Certification (required); D1.1 Certification preferred
- Strong background in fabrication, fitting, and structural welding
- Ability to commute to Richmond, VA (required)
- Availability for Day and Night Shifts from Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays
- Availability to work 8‐hour or 10‐hour shifts
