As a Welder , you will:

• Perform minor repairs and apply basic welding processes.
• Manually Mig Weld.
• Install wires and set the heat for the welding machine
• Visually inspect weld length and penetration.
• Identify components for work assignment.
• Complete operators work sheet on a daily and hourly basis.
• Refer non-conforming issues to team leader or supervisor.
• Perform quality checks on a daily basis
• Read and follow daily production schedule.
• Handle parts and equipment in a safe manner.
• Maintain 5s in the work area daily.
• Fill out operator daily work sheet

This is a Temp to perm opportunity.

The ideal Welder candidate will have:

• Experience with MIG and TIG welding
• Ability to successfully pass the departmental welding test is required
• Ability to lift 30lbs-50lbs consistently throughout the shift is required
• Demonstrated skill in all job functions including setup and changeovers is required
• Ability to work overtime, off shifts and weekends as required, in addition to willingness to rotate jobs as required.
• Flexibility to change departments when needed

1st shift - Monday - Friday 5:30am-2:00pm

2nd shift - Monday - Friday 2:00pm-10:30pm

Pay Rate:  $21.00-22.00 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
