About this position
We are seeking dependable, professional, and experienced *CDL Drivers* to join our snow removal team. Candidates must have a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.*Requirements:*
* Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record
* Drug-free and able to pass required screenings
* Minimum of 2 seasons of commercial snow plowing experience
* Prior experience operating snow plows, snow blowers, and applying deicing/salting products
* Experience supervising other laborers
* Skilled in training team members on site-specific needs, safe equipment operation, and safety protocols
* Comfortable navigating between job sites
* Able to communicate and interact professionally with clients and crew members
*Position Details:*
* *On-call availability 24/7* during snow events
* Must be able to work long shifts and extended hours as needed, including nights, weekends, and holidays
