We are looking for an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead electrical crews on commercial and industrial construction projects in the Rock Hill, SC area.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can read electrical plans, coordinate crews, maintain jobsite safety, and make sure projects are completed on schedule and to a high standard of quality.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate electricians, apprentices, and helpers.
- Manage daily electrical field operations and crew assignments.
- Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and specifications.
- Layout and install conduit, cable tray, wiring, panels, equipment, and electrical systems.
- Ensure work is completed according to the National Electrical Code (NEC), project specifications, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades.
- Track materials, tools, manpower, and job progress.
- Troubleshoot electrical installation issues in the field.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.
- Train and mentor less-experienced electricians.
- Perform quality-control inspections and correct deficiencies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience preferred.
- Previous Electrical Foreman or Lead Electrician experience.
- Strong knowledge of electrical construction and the NEC.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and blueprints.
- Ability to lead a crew and communicate effectively with project management and customers.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- OSHA 10/30 certification is a plus.
