About this position

Are you an experienced UiPath Developer ready to build smarter solutions that transform how work gets done?

At Naviant, our mission is to partner with organizations to reimagine how work gets done, combining deep industry expertise, intelligent technology, and a human-centered approach to deliver measurable outcomes. We serve as the Agentic Partner for the modern enterprise, leading deep business transformation by building autonomous, intelligent solutions that enable executive leaders to transform and optimize their entire operating model. Our vision is simple yet ambitious: Reimagine work through automation, AI, and data, freeing people to focus on what truly matters.

We’re looking for a UiPath Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy intelligent automation solutions using UiPath's traditional and emerging agentic capabilities. This hands-on role is ideal for a developer who combines strong UiPath Studio and Orchestrator expertise with experience in Document Understanding, APIs, and custom development, and familiarity with Maestro, IXP, and agentic orchestration and process design. You will work closely with project leads and customer stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable automation solutions, while contributing to Naviant's evolving agentic automation capabilities and growing toward greater project ownership.

Performance Objectives – What You Will Accomplish

First 30 Days: Getting Grounded
  • Learn Naviant's organizational structure, systems, processes, delivery methodologies, and customer environment, including Naviant’s automation, AI, and agentic solution offerings

  • Become familiar with Naviant's RPA and software development standards, including version control, logging, auditing, code reviews, security, testing, and maintainability

  • Begin contributing to active, billable automation projects, applying existing UiPath expertise across Studio, Orchestrator, Maestro, IXP, Document Understanding, and other relevant capabilities

  • Maintain technical and project documentation reflecting solution designs, implementation decisions, dependencies, and support considerations

  • Establish relationships and credibility with project leads, technical teammates, and customer stakeholders through clear communication, reliable execution, curiosity, and a willingness to learn

Within 60 Days: Taking Ownership
  • Independently develop and enhance UiPath automations that meet defined business and technical requirements, delivering scalable, maintainable, and well-tested solutions

  • Build and support integrations between UiPath solutions, APIs, and third-party systems using appropriate custom development tools and languages

  • Contribute to solution design discussions, identifying opportunities to incorporate agentic capabilities, Document Understanding, and intelligent orchestration to address customer needs

  • Take ownership of assigned technical workstreams, applying Naviant's development standards and proactively managing risks, dependencies, and delivery expectations

  • Review recent automation projects and solution designs with project teams and stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve, standardize, and reuse Naviant's automation assets and frameworks

At 90 Days and Beyond: Driving Impact
  • Consistently deliver high-quality automation solutions from requirements and solution design through development, testing, deployment, and stabilization

  • Own or substantially contribute to automation projects, applying sound technical judgment to deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions that address complex customer requirements

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Naviant's automation assets, reusable frameworks, and development standards to strengthen delivery quality and consistency

  • Serve as a trusted technical resource to project leads and customer stakeholders, proactively identifying opportunities to improve solutions and delivery outcomes

  • Continue expanding technical and project leadership capabilities, taking on greater responsibility for solution design, customer engagement, and end-to-end project delivery
