About the Role

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President of Field Operations to join their team. The successful candidate will be a senior leader responsible for managing and growing a regional portfolio of operational execution. This includes overseeing a leadership hierarchy that maintains excellent relationships with strategic clients, managing downstream staff, and ensuring the well-being and performance of front-line staff. The role involves strategic planning, resource management, team leadership, project management, quality control, safety and compliance, client relations, cost management, and performance metrics. The AVP will also be involved in technology integration, field communication, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Applicants for the Associate Vice President of Field Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years' of experience in operations management, preferably in a leadership role. Experience working with utility companies is a plus. The role requires the ability to develop and grow client relationships, excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, knowledge of industry regulations and standards, and proficiency in relevant software and technology tools. A strong commitment to safety and compliance, as well as the ability to effectively communicate, lead, problem-solve, and make strategic decisions, is essential.
