Barnsmiths is a small construction company specializing in designing and building high-quality pole barns. With a focus on customer satisfaction and quality, we pride ourselves on creating post structures that are not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing. As we continue to expand, we are looking for experienced professionals who are dedicated and enthusiastic to join our team to:
- Assist in the construction of pole barns, including site preparation, framing, roofing, and finishing work.
- Follow safety guidelines and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Operate hand and power tools, as well as other common construction equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to the highest quality standards.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
A qualified team member would need to be able to:
- Show up to work consistently
- Patiently receive on the job training
- Proactive on the job site and looking for "whats next"
- Be comfortable with heights
- Lift >50 lbs.
- Climb ladders with ease
- Have fun and have a passion for excellence
