Job Summary
The Production Associate assembles roll‑up doors and door sub‑assemblies used on tractor trailers. This is a hands‑on role for individuals who enjoy working with tools, following instructions, and learning new skills in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble roll‑up doors and/or door sub‑assemblies according to work instructions
- Read and accurately use a tape measure
- Use basic hand and power tools (drills, wrenches, rivet guns, etc.)
- Inspect parts to ensure quality and correct assembly
- Follow safety, quality, and production standards
- Keep a clean and organized work area
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
- Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic measurements
- Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
- Willingness to learn new tasks and follow instructions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance
- Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required

Training

Earn a Total Compensation Package Valued at ~$90,000/Year
- Day shift: $23.21/hr (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM)
- Evening shift: $23.78/hr (4:00 PM – 12:30 AM)
- Monday–Friday only — enjoy every weekend off!
